Whole-Home Remodeling

The most demanding category of residential work: an entire home rethought, planned, and rebuilt as one coherent program.

Our approach

How We Handle Whole-Home Remodeling

A whole-home remodel succeeds or fails in planning. Layout, structure, mechanical systems, finishes, and lighting affect one another, and resolving them together — before construction begins — is what separates a coherent home from a series of disconnected upgrades.

We develop the full scope on paper first: drawings, selections, and sequence. Construction then proceeds in a planned order, with one accountable point of contact from the first site walk to the final walkthrough.

Typical scope

  • Open-concept conversions
  • Additions and structural reconfiguration
  • Flooring, drywall, and finish carpentry
  • Kitchen and bath programs within the larger plan
  • Lighting design coordination
  • Full interior finishing

South Florida Considerations

  • 01

    Structure and permitting

Wall removals, additions, and opening changes require engineering and municipal review. Requirements vary between South Florida municipalities, and we plan documentation and inspections into the schedule for each specific project.

  • 02

    Living through construction

Many clients remain in the home or nearby. Sequencing the work by zone, protecting finished areas, and maintaining a clean, secured site are planned from the start, not improvised.

  • 03

    Materials for the climate

Flooring, cabinetry, and wall assemblies are selected with South Florida humidity and coastal exposure in mind, so the finished home performs as well in year five as it does on day one.
