Kitchen Remodeling
The room a home is judged by. Cabinetry, stone, light, and layout resolved with precision — and built to be used every day.
Our approach
How We Handle Kitchen Remodeling
A kitchen carries more decisions per square foot than any other room: cabinetry dimensions, stone selection and seam placement, appliance integration, lighting layers, and hardware. We resolve those decisions before demolition so the build is decisive rather than reactive.
Cabinetry is ordered from confirmed field dimensions, stone is templated and reviewed, and the trades that touch the room — plumbing, electrical, tile, paint — work in a planned sequence toward a defined finish date.
Typical scope
- Custom and semi-custom cabinetry
- Natural stone and porcelain surfaces
- Appliance integration
- Layered task and accent lighting
- Plumbing and electrical revisions
- Layout changes and wall removals

South Florida Considerations
01
Layout before finishes
Islands, work zones, and sight lines toward living spaces are settled first. In South Florida's open floor plans, the kitchen is architecture, not just casework.
02
Stone selection done properly
Slabs are selected in person where possible, and layout — veining direction, book-matching, seam placement — is reviewed before fabrication.
03
Condominium kitchens
High-rise kitchen work involves association approvals, elevator scheduling, and building work rules. We plan those constraints into the schedule from the beginning.
