Custom Renovations

One-of-a-kind rooms built from shop drawings, not catalogs — millwork, paneling, and detail work measured in millimeters.

Our approach

How We Handle Custom Renovations

Custom work begins with drawings. Paneling modules, reveal lines, grain direction, and lighting integration are resolved on paper, reviewed with you, and then built by carpenters who work to those documents.

This is the category where craftsmanship is most visible: a fluted oak wall, a concealed door, a closet system that fits the wardrobe it stores. The standard is simple — it should look inevitable, as if the house was always meant to have it.

Typical scope

  • Finish carpentry and paneling
  • Built-ins and closet systems
  • Feature walls and ceilings
  • Specialty rooms — libraries, wine rooms, offices
  • Integrated lighting within millwork
  • Hardware and finish selection

Built for the climate

South Florida Considerations

  • 01

    Wood in a humid climate

Species selection, acclimation, and finishing are planned for South Florida conditions so panels stay flat and joints stay tight.

  • 02

    Lighting inside the work

Linear lighting, concealed drivers, and switching are coordinated with the electrician before the millwork is fabricated — not after.

  • 03

    The last five percent

Hardware alignment, reveal consistency, and finish quality are checked in detail. The final pass is where custom work earns its cost.
